In an effort to be as transparent as possible about when you can expect to receive your order we have provided the timeline below. If in doubt, just reach out to us and we will confirm when you can expect to receive your order.
The biggest change here is we are eliminating our delivery to Whiskey Bent BBQ at the end of the print day. As our print volume increases, we are finding that our drop off is happening after 5pm most days and most orders aren't being picked up until the following day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause, but please keep in mind that same day pickup is available at our Iron Oaks location.
Pickup at Iron Oaks Customs:
- Print ready orders placed by 2 pm will be available for pickup the same day.
- Print ready orders placed after 2 pm will be available for pickup the next day (ex. Order placed on Monday at 2:50 pm will be available for pickup on Tuesday).
- Friday orders placed after 2 pm will ready Monday at 2pm.
- If you have a rush, please reach out to us so we can confirm if we can get it printed for you over the weekend.
Pickup at Whiskey Bent BBQ:
- Print ready orders placed by 2 pm will be available for pickup the following day at 10am (ex. Order placed on Monday at 1:50 pm will be available to pickup on Tuesday at 10am).
- Print ready orders placed after 2 pm will be printed the following day and available for pickup one additional day later when the store opens (ex. Order placed at 2:15 pm on Monday will be printed on Tuesday and available to pickup on Wednesday at 10am).
- Friday orders placed by 2 pm will be available for pickup on Monday at 10am.
- Friday orders placed after 2 pm and all Saturday and Sunday orders will be available for pickup on Tuesday at 10am.
Shipping:
- Print ready orders placed by 2 pm will be shipped same day.
- Larger orders may take additional print time and may not ship until the following day, so please reach out if you place an order over $150 and need it to ship same day.
- Print ready orders placed after 2 pm will ship the following day.
- We ship Monday - Friday, so if your order comes in after 2 pm on Friday, it will ship Monday.
- We do offer expedited services upon request, so please reach out if the standard shipping options won't work for your order.
If you need your order sooner than the posted times, please reach out and let us know. In many cases it may require pickup from Iron Oaks in order to meet your deadline, but we will always do what we can to get your order to you in time!
